Lmao, the night manager thought that just entering in how much you wanted to redeem, and then me handing over the gift cards, was all she had to do to redeem. I told her, I think you need to scan/swipe, or at least enter in the gift card number. She confidently says nope, not according to my instructions here (on printed out piece of paper).

I insisted that I keep the gift cards, but my receipt just says :

"loyalty - -$300.xx"
"loyalty - -$151.xx"

She has a picture of my cards, so maybe someone will find this mistake and process it manually, but until now - LOL. I told her 3 times you need to swipe or enter in the card number, and even showed her the instructions in this post, she just said nope I don't have that. OK
