The AA indicates that it is a web fare of some kind, the "1" has no meaning other than for them to track distribution channel. Some agencies may only get access to the "1", while others get "2", but the fares and restrictions are the same for both.
...any agency worth their salt (or Res agent) oughta be able to answer that for ya.
