Hi again, I just talked to a diff BA Dept. Agent told me to file the claim online but BA site clearly says that in order to file a baggage claim online you need to have a DPR. Previous phone agent said I should have done this at the airport but their website says that you have up to 7 days from the time you get your bags. Does anyone know which BA number I should contact in order to get a DPR?

Same with me. Spent an hour with them chatting and going round in circles.
Have been told they will contact me now I've filled the report of theft from my luggage and they will then give me the DPR reference. I suspect that's why you get the option to raise the report online without inputting the DPR reference.
I've just completed the report online and told I get the reference when that's completed. Received email from them with a case reference number.
