Can't check in due to invalid frequent flyer number?
New one for me here. Flying WS tomorrow on a codeshare, and WS app/website can't check us in because supposedly our Delta numbers are invalid. That's 100% wrong, because the numbers are entered correctly. What's weird is that the error comes up when trying to enter passport info, and shows up differently for me and my wife (mine actually says my DL number is invalid and shows the number - which is correct; my wife's just says invalid info entered.
Anyone experienced this before, and any workarounds other than removing the FFN? (WS claims they can't do it by phone, has to be the ticketing carrier, which I'm unable to get through to at the moment, or at the airport, and I think we all prefer to resolve things ahead of time rather than wait until at the check-in counter)
