To be fair, MH does display the fare bucket when selecting your flight. There's just no way to force it to book a higher RBD unless the lower ones are fully booked/zeroed out. You'd have to get a TA to do it for you.
I know but I don’t think this is standard practice amongst OW carriers, even the cheapest fare bucket (Lite) at Finnair still earns avios and If you book flex tickets with BA, QR etc it’s fairly standard to assume that you will almost always get a fare code that earns avios and TP.
