Interesting report. I flew flyDubai from Dubai to Muscat, Oman when I was in the region. Didn't even realised they had a business class product - assumed it was like Ryanair or easyJet are here in the UK. Dubai to Muscat is a super short flight so wouldn't have even thought of business class though.
