Nice way to make a relative nobody feel like a somebody.

Conversely at the Pen BKK we took the RR transfer and got no in room check in - quite the opposite it took ages to check-in with staff not seeming to know how to check people in. Mentioned the slightly slow check-in on a post stay questionnaire, expecting to hear nothing more. A couple of weeks later we received a letter gifting us a 2 night stay.
