Self-upgrading is far worse, as that is someone trying to gain the full premium experience without paying for it. A couple of cheap snacks isn’t the end of the world, IMO.
Not sure where this 'self service bar' is, is this a normal 77W?
The issue could be the increased traffic through the J cabin which i would not enjoy. Agree that a couple of cheap snacks is not a major issue and self-upgrading is.
