From recent personal experience:
- UK - I live in Scotland, and have recently been to both Northern Ireland and England. Masks here are largely forgotten. Only time I've worn one is entering a hospital.
- Norway - was there last month, barely a mask in sight.
- Republic of Ireland - was there in August, again virtually no masks
