Does the issue still exist where an AA redemption ticket does not indicate the correct (or any) luggage allowance ? Just issued a ticket for a Qatar operated flight and Qatar says American Airlines did not indicate any luggage allowance. Called AA and supposedly they put in a note to say that my check in allowance would be 25kg (per Economy Classic). Then called Qatar again, which says they cannot see the note as yet. What else to do ?
