Usually, the rotunda club is open to pass holders - the past couple of times I’ve been there, multiple pass users were in queue with me and got in no problem. The passes aren’t useless - the vast majority of UCs don’t see restrictions. EWR, DEN, and SFO G/E clubs are where you’re more apt to run into restrictions, the 1st two because of club construction, the latter because of lack of capacity.

It doesn’t take too much travel in a year to make use of 2 passes.
