(that's what she told me when I started with her, that her job is to ensure I don't have to deal with those annoyances while at the hotel. Just let her deal with that. And it has worked out marvelously! Valet charge still there? Extra charge you don't recognize? Just leave, wait for the folio, forward to her and ask her to fix it).
