There are occasionally quirks in this area, but usually a First to Business downgrade results in about a quarter of the Avios being returned. So if you paid 206k per ticket (per person?) I would expect a little over 50k to be returned. BA has on off peak level which complicates matters, since QF is always a peak ticket cost.
