The DFW Flagship lounge is one of the better lounges to be found in the US. It's not the QF F lounge, nor does it have table service like the Polaris lounges, but it remains a solid business class offering. It's spacious and there is plenty of seating even during the busy late afternoon and evening flight banks.

For alcohol, there's a full serve yourself bar, a variety of beers in the fridge, 3 white wine, 3 red wines, and the Piper bubbles. The red wines include a decent Napa cab. For food, earlier this month there was a roast beef, baked salmon, and a vegetable pasta for mains. At 5pm, there was a staffed hot food station serving cochinita pibil tacos. Multiple salads, charcuterie, a couple of soups, fresh bread rolls, and a few different desserts (cookies, brownies, and petit fours). There are also the glass jars throughout the lounge with a variety of sweet and salty snacks including home made potato chips. These are near the "freestyle" soda and coffee machines.

I also have access to the Centurion lounges, and I don't even bother when I have access to a Flagship lounge. I'm tired of the lines to get in, the crowded seating areas, and the locust / last meal on earth mentality of the credit card lounge patrons.
