I am running into the same issue where baggage allowance is missing and there is nothing within the endorsements.
I have contacted twitter, whom referred me to the support line, the support line, and chat.

Eventually the twitter support reissued, and I see on the eticket under “other notes” it says “Baggage Allowance 40k”, there is nothing related to baggage in the endorsements. Should I be ok here?
