I think the bigger news is that the FAQ on skyteam.com says this:

Are we going to see GM access to the LHR clubhouse? Will VS have to expand the clubhouse to make this happen (perhaps they could take over the Admirals Club downstairs and AA could send their passengers to BA/CX/QF)?
