Multiple–entry visas for Chinese visitors residing outside of China with a substantially high income or a sufficient level of financial capability
Anyone have experience with getting a multi-entry visa for Chinese nationals outside Japan (for P2)? I'm trying to figure out what "substantially high" means, but can't find any concrete numbers.
