I have a couple of long layovers at HND coming up in November (to/from BKK from the US). Now that restrictions are lifting, I'd like to travel into Tokyo for a couple of hours without a tour/guide. I think this was a lot easier to do pre-Covid, so not sure if it'll be as easy even after they relax the restrictions.

Is there a convenient luggage storage area for carry-ons at HND?
