It looks like DL561 arrived a little early yesterday and today. No guarantees for tomorrow or the next day, of course.

Because you can take any AirTrain -- in either direction -- from T4 to T8, I doubt that you would have to wait more than a few minutes for a train to arrive at the T4 AirTrain station.

Are both of your flights on a single ticket? If so, DL should protect you in the event of IROPS.

I'm not sure how they arrive at "walking" times for T4 and who is the walker? Are they assuming using the moving walkways? [I've yet to see all of these working simultaneously.]
CBP must use a different timing system, I arrived in T4 at gate B33, the estimated walking time to get to CBP for pp clearance was 20 minutes
