I made it into Tokyo yesterday. Absolutely no issues with JGA ERFS and eVisa. Visa and MySOS we're reviewed during check in at departure airport. After deplaning in Tokyo, first stop is where they check your MySOS is blue and the QR code in the app. Then go to customs where they take one of the paper forms and check the visa. Last stop is baggage inspection if you have something to declare, otherwise just hand off the paper declaration form and then you are in.
