A few data points - there is definitely still a lot of inconsistency and lack of logic across the network.

MEX-PTY late morning flight: Served hot meal, snack and alcoholic beverages in Y. Like old days, basically.
PTY-BOG evening: As platinum member in Y, I was offered an alcoholic beverage from J. So they must have had some sort of decent offering in J.
BOG-PTY afternoon: In J, served only crackers and non alcoholic beverage.
PTY-GUA evening: Back in Y, served only crackers and non alcoholic beverage.

Hard to figure out exactly what is going on, especially on the BOG service. Could be due to different aircrafts, but that sounds far fetched.
