So with the news that restrictions will be relaxed even further in Oct. Does everyone feel they're opening up visa applications again? I will be flying from SFO to CGK with layover in HND. I'd like to extend my layover and spend 1-2 days in Tokyo. The thing is, since I have Indonesian nationality without e-passport, I still need to apply visa to enter Japan. Right now the consulate website says they're still not accepting transit visa, but wondering what happens after they loosen the restriction in Oct. I know I can wait, but I'd really love to book my flight ASAP before price goes up.
