Visa, passport and MySOS are all you need, aside from customs declaration forms you get on the airplane. You will have to show the visa from your phone with the countdown timer, so bookmark the link and make sure you have your credentials to log in and if you don't already have a sim, you'll have to join the airport wifi to log in.
