Looks like everyone is interested in food . . . here's my 2 cents
Vdara: Also has snacks and light food at the cocktail lounge (Vice Versa) such as burgers, chicken sandwiches, flatbread pizza (and yummy popcorn trio).
Aria: Had dinner at Catch spring of 2021 and it was excellent. For us it's a special occasion place.
Park MGM: Agree with those who think Eataly is nothing special. Was disappointed, maybe too hyped up. Okay for quick food; sit down restaurant at Eataly was terrible plus overpriced. Best Friend is very good but warning that the music is super loud, not conversation friendly. My MIL wears hearing aides and she was miserable (except for chowing down on the sharable food). Primrose (breakfast and lunch) was good spring of 2021 but terrible two weeks ago. Pricey as well. Wish I would have gotten Starbuck's oatmeal instead. This past trip staying at Park MGM I also walked across the street to NYNY for some meals. They have quite a few options--more than Park MGM.
I stay away from Bellagio except to look at the seasonal floral garden. The place is too big, crowded and a zoo (for me).
Oh and Spring of 2021 Nomad counted toward Hyatt EQN, points.
