Thanks seigex. It was submitted on 9/5, but I assumed when I withdrew 2 of the 5 applications it restarted my place in line. Of the 3 I did not withdraw, 1 was approved on 9/21 (rest still Under Examination). Emailed eVISA and this is the message I got, so looks like it will just continue to be a waiting game.
