We did exactly that a couple of years back -- spent a week at the PH St Kitts then flew on British Airways nonstop to Antigua. It was a 30 minutes scheduled flight and took 10-15 in the air on a 777, but if I recall correctly, they only had it 2 days a week. The other plus of this is there were more flight options going out of ANU vs. SKB.
