Checking in in a few days. 3 nights points, 1 night FNC. We are traveling with 2 adults and an 8 year old. In app, upgraded to an Ocean View Deluxe King. I just emailed with personal concierge (Hugo) and asked what the sleeping arrangements are for our son. He emailed back that there would be a charge of $100 a night for a rollaway. We are there 4 nights so that’s a pretty hefty charge. I called the Diamond desk because the room description does in fact say the room sleeps 3. She kindly calls the hotel and they say…I kid you not…the King bed sleeps 3 in the one bed. I see many upgrades on this thread so I’m a bit surprised that they would be so unaccommodating to a family traveling with a child. I’m curious as to other family’s experience who have traveled with a child?
