Search for round trip PDX<->GUA using the calendar mode with the following parameters (others left default):
* routing codes (both ways): aa,as,dl,ua+
* extension codes (both ways): -cabin 3;-overnights;-redeyes;f ~(aa,bc=b|as,bc=x|dl,bc=e|ua,bc=n|ua,..-lgt)
* start date: 2023-02-01
* duration: 6-8 nights
In the calendar view, the lowest price shown on several days is $1486. I clicked on Mon, Feb 6. The popup indicated that the 8-night itinerary was the one with that price, so I clicked that next. The list of trips then showed that the lowest price was actually $1099! Just to be safe, I then even confirmed via AA's website that the fare was findable. There were a few days for that particular month where the complete trip view showed a lower price than the calendar view, but I'm not sure what the common factor was. Most dates seemed to be unaffected in this way.
Hmm, very similar to above, but looking at PDX<->SJO and without the "-cabin 3" extension, I get the results shown in the first image. But if I change the routing codes to just be "ua+", I get the results in the second image. That is, the cheaper fare shows up in the calendar view with the more restrictive filters. It appears in the complete trips view in both cases.
