To answer the other question, I bet there will be an elevator from the main hall with a staircase wrapping around it. The check in desk would perhaps be on the bottom floor where the white boarding is and then take the elevator up.
If only checkin - then they have a lot of terminal frontage. I would guess two levels - and likely the kitchen on the lower level. Also from the latest picture - they have put up a few of the roof horizontal beams, since my pictures of one week ago.
