And what serpens wrote is Greek to me. I keep track of my Amex "offers" by just occasionally looking to see what has been loaded to card, but this was a promo that I honestly can't remember how I came across it. Wasn't random on the internet, was definitely e-mailed or showed up on either Hilton or Amex. But I know it existed and I know I registered for it.

I'm thinking of maybe calling Hilton and Amex to see if I'm registered for a promo (with the purpose of the call being something else, then adding an OBTW...)

I recently noticed in my Hilton promo list that the one with extra if you check out during the week is listed. Will be able to take advantage of that in October.

What so frustrating is that 10,000 pts was a goodie.

Wish I had checked on the other before it expired.
