I've had somewhat variable amounts of actual checking of my vaccination certificates when going to the USA this year (probably about 75% of the time), but the policy (from the US Government) remains that non-citizens and non-immigrants are required to be COVID-vaccinated before travel to the USA and you should be prepared to prove that during, if not also before, travel.
