Going to FS Nevis for X'mas. Spending 11 days in one of their Palm Grove Villas.

Have some questions:

1) Do we need a golf cart to the get to the main building? Is it that far away? (Btw, my grandparents who are in their late 80's will be joining us)

2) Should we get their meal plans? If we don't is eating without a meal plan that much more?

3) Are there good places to eat outside of the resort?

Any more recommendations?
