Gotta say I have not been impressed the upgrade integration so far. In addition to having trouble selecting premium seats, I am not sure if I really believe I am on the upgrade list. When I click the "waitlist" button, my name is not on the list. I reached out to customer support and they told me I am on the waitlist even though I can't see it. F seats show 50% open at 24 hours out (I know seatmap is not 100% reliable but still), I thought upgrades started processing at 5 days so not sure what is up.
