I've increased my stays with Accor properties over the past year and been toying with this program on and off, though I don't often dine at Accor properties.

Trying to understand what the value proposition is. When I look at the red hot prices compared to what I see listed for properties showing member rates, at least here in china, the Accor app usually has cheaper price offered already lower than the red hot sale rate? Am I missing something?

Does the 10% additional off stack in addition to the member rates shown in the accor app?
