I am sorry, but I can’t answer that question.
But: Is there business class award availability on the route / day you are looking for? Then if F award space opens up, you can upgrade the J award ticket (you can only upgrade by one cabin, so Y to F cannot be done). And in that case you MAY be able to get it at the reduced rate by calling (as per my reply above). But it’s a situation I have never come across myself so I cannot say it will definitely work.
