Just in case you aren't aware of the process, and for the benefit of anyone else coming across the issue - if you google "NHS inform covid status", then choose the option "Download the NHS Scotland Covid Status app..." Scroll down into the "What is the Covid Status?" section and look for the link in the 4th paragraph to "download or request a paper copy online". Click on this and enter your login details (They are retrievable online if you've forgotten them). Once past this you'll see three headings, the third of which is Vaccination Status. Click on this then scroll the the bottom of the form and look for "Download Now"
