What do you think they're doing, keeping it high while it's "brand new" then hopefully releasing more 110,000 later? I understand a blackout around the December holiday's but all the way until May seems odd while the Conrad is 120K

The Conrad is requiring 6 nights it appears for the water villa, so in theory this would be more attractive
