Moreover, if I recall, this year, I've been upgraded to F on every flight that matters, and the only ones where I may not have were a short run from SEA to LAS.

So, I'm pretty satisfied with where things stand now. Now that demand has returned, I'm just hoping AS will pare down on some their promos, matches and EQM accelerators.
I'm not in an urgent need to book a Saver. In fact, the last time I booked it was back in early 2020, and I started flying AS in late 2019. But if you and other "top elites" know that the cancellable Saver is not upgradable, would you book it? You and many others value the upgradability to first class as one of the biggest benefit of achieving an elite status. I'm just not sure where the claim that if the Saver is cancelable, then "every 100K would book them by default." Would you? What was the percentage of Saver reservations you made before it became non-cancellable in 2021?

I don't want to go too much off-topic, and I guess we agree to disagree.
