So, all info uploaded to the Verifly App and it says I'm good to go (just like my last US trip in November), and I've got my NHS Q Code on the NHS App on the phone, but am I good to go or am I going to get a nasty surprise at the airport?
If you're checked in then you're good to go.

If the system fails, as happened to me this week where in spite of docs being loaded and verified in both VeriFly and MMB it still wouldn't let me check-in, I had to spend a couple of minutes at a First Wing check-in desk where they completed the process.

But if you have all the documentation required (and I recommend keeping a printed copy or saving to a source such as Google Wallet in case the NHS server goes down) then you're not going to have any issues.
