So, all info uploaded to the Verifly App and it says I'm good to go (just like my last US trip in November), and I've got my NHS Q Code on the NHS App on the phone, but am I good to go or am I going to get a nasty surprise at the airport?
You are fine. You would not have been able to check in if you had not completed verifly or done the salesforce link via MMB. No one will actually ask to see your jab certificate at the airport or on entry to the US.

You will still need the usual doc check for the US before proceeding through security, this is just a swipe of the passport assuming you are traveling on an ESTA.
