I will take this reply as confirming BA does not do Avios points for airbnb bookings! I literally give up now, it's not worth the wasted time & effort!

Thank you for contacting the Club to claim for your missing Avios - it's nice to hear from you.

eStore have checked your booking and I'm sorry to say the rate you paid does not earn Avios, so we are unable to credit your account.

When you make a purchase through the eStore the Avios for a purchase will be added to your account. The retailer will then review your purchase, Avios credited to your account, may be cancelled if the retailer denies the claim. Please see the below common reasons claims are rejected:

• There has been a part or a full return of your order.
[Nope, I definitely had the holiday!]

• An invalid voucher code was used on your purchase (only the ones displayed on eStore are valid).
[No voucher code used!]

• The last click from your browser did not come from the British Airways Avios eStore
[It 100% did. My Chrome browser history which I attached as evidence even shows it was the next site visited, and I remember seeing the confirmation come up that the visit had been successfully tracked...]

• Your purchase does not meet the purchase conditions to earn Avios or >>retailer<<s terms and conditions.
[I booked a villa in Italy. I cannot see what is not permitted here!]

• The item you purchased has a different Avios collection rate.
[Again, nothing to suggest this would be the case.]
