This is a bit of an unnerving situation. I've had a number of fraudulent charges posted to my cards over the years, and every time they are wiped clean. In all honesty, after charging a few dozen flights to my VX this year through the portal, I reverted back to Chase's portal, as I value UR points much higher than C1 points. C1 just doesn't have the transfer partners that I prefer.
