There are obviously traveler-facing Timatic tools out there, as various airlines even provide their travelers and others access to Timatic data on/via the airline websites.
Airline station managers, airline employee and contractor reps who may primarily use one of these two tools over the other sometimes do go between the two tools; and sometimes they are even convinced to properly ignore some of the info showing up on the tools when they can be convinced that some government-supplied information is more current and accurate than what they are seeing come up on either one or both of these two common tools used by check-in and gate-boarding personnel.
As has been posted before, during the pandemic there were times when one or both of these travel tools used by check-in agents were not showing the latest information applicable to some travelers' journeys.
