This confirms the problem I had when booking my first two trips with Turkish earlier this year. I chose my seats during the booking process, but when I went back in to check, my selections had been lost.
Very annoying. Turkish need to fix the problem. Removing the option to choose seats at the time of booking may also remove the ability to see what seats are available until after you have booked.
