They both have customer facing interfaces and subscribers. TIMATIC is an IATA product.
They deliver the same data, not as in they use the same data source, but in the kind of data they deliver is the same, one does not give more or different info than the other.
Timatic does not have a traveller facing environment. Some airlines leverage Timatic to run their forms, but you can't go to timaticweb.com and just use it. At best you can sign up for a trial by posing as a TA representative.
