Cap 1 froze the original card and sent me another. Both old and new cards are in my safe. My real question is "How can a Credit Card charge show Chip/Card present when the charge was made despite the Credit Card never leaving my possession"? Security wise there is a "Big" difference between a Swipe charge and a Chip inserted charge.
