IMHO it cost me less than $20.00 to find out Capital One is a Crappy company with horrible customer service. I will miss the double points however there are many other options for Credit Card points programs.
Since your card may have been compromised, if Capital One is one of those banks that gives you the option to "freeze" your card, I recommend that you do so until you are ready to close the account.
