I can’t answer your specific question but I recently had a friend that traveled RNO-ATH and we couldn’t find anything less than 166K miles in J awards. He ended up flying to LAX on separate PNR the night before and we found saver from there via EWR. Try originating the Bolivia flight from a hub and see what opens up.
