I'm not sure what you mean by this. The HGI has a shuttle which will take you to Federal Circle where you will take the AirTrain to the terminal. The Hampton and Hilton are next to each other and also provide shuttle service to Federal Circle. The TWA, as noted by c-w-s, is sort of the JFK equivalent of staying at the T5 Sofitel and flying from another LHR terminal. You walk from the TWA to the AirTrain and take the AirTrain to T8. The AirTrain normally operates 24 hours/day.
