I'm travelling LHR-JFK on AA arriving at 1830 and then leaving on AA the following morning departing at 0630.

Where would be the best place to stay overnight, hotel etc or in the terminal airside if possible or landside.

My greatest low is the thought of what time I'll need to get to security.

I'm a BA GCH travelling in J

I've never had to transit JFK with such an early departure time so I'm at a bit of a loss, any help would be gratefugratefully received.
